Editors must recuse themselves where impartiality may reasonably be questioned.

Reviewers must:

• Accept assignments only within their expertise
• Provide objective and constructive assessments
• Maintain confidentiality
• Declare conflicts of interest
• Avoid inappropriate criticism
• Avoid coercive citation practices
• Protect unpublished information
• Report serious ethical or integrity concerns

The Editor-in-Chief safeguards the scholarly standards, independence, integrity, and academic direction of QJSS.
